跨界融合:“双一流”建设高校教改新方向——基于40所高水平工科行业特色型高校的实证分析

摘　　要：跨界整合能力是拔尖创新人才的核心素养。高水平行业特色型高校的优势学科单一、学科交叉融合不足、科研与教学融合不足等问题,导致培养的学生跨界整合能力、批判能力、创造能力等高阶思维能力缺乏,无力支撑国家创新驱动发展战略。以跨界融合引领“双一流”建设是高水平行业特色型高校的共同选择。此研究以40所高水平工科类行业特色型高校的“双一流”建设方案为分析对象,讨论其跨界融合方面的改革。研究发现,高水平工科行业特色型高校的跨界融合改革体现在科教融合、学科融合、产教融合、跨国融合四个方面。跨界融合不仅是工科类行业特色型高校STEM教育的必然要求,也是全球高等教育改革的新方向。只有实现高等教育系统内部的跨界融合与外部环境的跨界融合相统一,才能真正培养学生的跨界整合能力。The capability of cross-border integration is the core quality of top innovative talent.There are some problems in the high-level universities with industry characteristic,such as the single advantageous disciplines,the lack of interdisciplinary integration and the lack of the integration of scientific research and teaching,etc.These problems make students lack the ability of cross-border integration,critical ability,creative ability and other high-level thinking ability,unable to support the strategy of national innovation driven development.To lead the construction of“double first-class”by cross-border integration is the common choice of high-level universities with industry characteristic.This paper takes the“double first-class”construction plan of 40 high-level universities with engineering industry characteristic as the analysis object,and discusses their reform of cross-border integration.It is found that the reform of cross-border integration of the high-level universities with engineering industry characteristic is embodied in four aspects:the integration of science and education,the integration of disciplines,the integration of industry and education,and the integration of cross country.Cross-border integration is not only the inevitable requirement for STEM education in the universities with engineering industry characteristic,but also the new direction of the global reform of higher education.Only by realizing the unification of the cross-border integration within the higher education system and the cross-border integration of the external environment can students’ability of cross-border integration be truly cultivated.
