从技术逻辑到人文导向:学生管理取向的现代化转变

摘　　要：学生管理是教育治理体系的重要环节,是学校管理的重要组成部分。从实践来看,技术逻辑的学生管理优势在于管理效率高、流程规范、信息整合便捷,短板在于个性满足和资源利用上的信息富集化效用明显、管理举措依赖经验、资源投放应用效果不高、学生个性诉求无法及时满足等。人文导向下的学生管理具有管理氛围和谐、自主互动参与、自助服务等特点,与学生个性诉求、经济社会发展需要、教育理念创新更加契合。促进学生管理从技术逻辑到人文导向的转变,可从课程设置人性化、专业学科内容人文化、促进创新教育发展、加强学生的个性化管理等四个方面进行,同时要强化管理程序公正,健全学生权益保障机制,以法治化管理来保障人文导向学生管理。Student management is an important link of the educational governance system and also an important component of school management.From practice,the advantages of technological logic in student management are high efficiency of management,standardized process and speedy integration of information,while the disadvantages are the obvious centralization of information in personality satisfaction and resource utilization,the dependence on experience in management measures,low efficiency of utilization of resource input and untimely satisfaction of students'individual demands.Humanity-oriented student management has such characteristics as harmonious environment of management,autonomous and interactive participation,and self service,which is more in accordance with students'individual demands,requirements of economic and social development,and innovative ideas of education.To promote the transformation from technological logic to humanistic orientation in student management,we can set human-based courses,to humanize the contents of specialties and subjects,to promote the development of innovative education,and to strengthen the individualized management of students.And at the same time,we should also enhance the justice of management procedures,improve the mechanism of guaranteeing students'rights and interests,and safeguard the humanity-oriented student management through legalized management.
