摘 要:现象学将“生活世界”作为人存在的基本事实,凸显实践的本体价值;以“回到实事本身”的方法论关照教育实践,还教育以动态生成的实践理念。从教育现象学的方法论视角思考教师专业发展,教师专业发展的学理意义不断明晰:“充盈”意味着教师专业发展的意向性开启与专业经验的渐次丰富,其实质是教师的主体性不断弘扬的意向;“澄明”即教师专业发展的自主建构意识和探究行动,是教师专业发展从遮蔽之困向澄明之境的探求行动,是意义被激活,完成鲜活的、生动的实践取向的发展过程;“生成”意味着教师的专业发展由外在嵌入转向内在需求,不仅需要发展主体不断增强专业意识,进行自我建构,更需要发展主体不断增强反思意识,总结提升,将专业发展看作是自觉的生命超越的历程。Phenomenology regards "the life world"as the basic fact of human existence,highlights the ontological value of practice,pays attention to educational practice with the methodology of "returning to the fact itself",and also educates the practice idea of dynamic generation. Considering teachers’ professional development from the perspective of methodology of educational phenomenology, the theoretical significance of teachers’ professional development is constantly clear: "fullness"means the intentional opening of teachers’ professional developm ent and the gradual enrichment of professional experience,whose essence is the intention of continuous promotion of teachers’ subjectivity;"clarity"means the independent construction consciousness and exploration action of teachers’ professional development,which is teachers’ professional development. The search from obscuration to clarity is a process in which the meaning is activated to complete the development of fresh and vivid practice orientation;"generation"means that teachers’ professional development changes from external embeddedness to internal demand,which not only requires the development subject to strengthen professional consciousness and self-construction,but also needs the development subject to strengthen the consciousness of reflection,summary and promotion,and promote the specialty development is regarded as the process of conscious life transcendence.
