摘  要:中等教育普职失衡主要表现在普高与职高学校数量及在校学生数量悬殊、经费的差异、资源配比失衡以及信息流的差异。究其原因,在于中等教育阶段学校过度追求“升学率”,政府对职业教育的支持力度不够,社会对就业观和人才观的认识错位。中等教育普职生态平衡的优化要推进中等教育知识信息流的融合,将能量流的对象由学生扩展到学校,加大对职业教育的宣传力度。The imbalance of secondary general education and vocational education is mainly manifested in the great disparity between the number of general high school and vocational high school and the number of students in school,the difference of funds,the imbalance of resource allocation and the difference of information flow.The reason for the imbalance lies in the excessive pursuit of"enrollment Tate"in the secondary education stage,the insufficient support of the government for vocational education,and the misplaced understanding of the concept of employment and talent in the society.To optimize the ecological balance of secondary general education and vocational education,we should promote the integration of knowledge and information flow of secondary education,expand the objects of energy flow from students to schools,and increase the publicity of vocational education.
