摘  要:习近平总书记“3·18”重要讲话提出的“六要”合乎新时代思想政治教育规律的逻辑必然,体现在对落实立德树人的关键所在、铸魂育人的迫切需求及思政课教师行为规范需要的时代思维。“六要”以“政治要强”为统领,不仅体现了思政课的本质属性要求,而且彰显了高校思政课教师政治定位、综合发展的时代蕴含。高校思政课教师“六要”的现实推进不仅需要加强党的领导,而且还取决于营造一个“三好”的外部环境,同时,也要从主体自觉层面推进高校思政课教师加强自我修养的内在实践。The logical necessity of“six essentials”in line with the rule of ideological and political education in the new era is put forward by general secretary Xi Jinping’s 3.18 important speech,which is reflected in the current thinking of implementing the key points of moral education,the urgent need for educating people and the need for ideological and political teachers’behavior standards.The“six essentials”is guided by the political essentials,which not only embodies the essential requirements of ideological and political courses,but also shows the epochal implication of the political orientation and comprehensive development of ideological and political teachers in universities.The practical promotion of the“six essentials”of ideological and political teachers in universities not only needs to strengthen the leadership of the party,but also depends on the creation of an external environment of“three virtues”。At the same time,it is necessary to promote the internal practice of strengthening self-cultivation of ideological and political teachers in universities at the level of the subjective consciousness.
