摘 要:从合格到优秀再到卓越,是当前我国教师阶段性培养的逻辑层次。这种转变并非是后者对前者的取代,而是不同阶段侧重点的转移。教师培养可以简单分为职前教育、职后教育、终身教育三个阶段,职前与职后具有相对明确界限,而狭义的终身教育可以视为职后教育的高级阶段。其中,职前教育要以合格教师为培养方向,在对象选择中找准底线,在理念专业上找准标线,在教育实践中找准红线。职后教育要以优秀教师为培养方向,着重做好问题情境下的教育实践培养、学习情境下的教育智慧提升、集体环境下的群体氛围熏陶。终身教育则要以卓越教师为培养方向,优中选优做好教师素养储备,从外在输入变为内生成长、分散培养变为系统培育、单向培训变为综合研究。通过合格到优秀再到卓越的阶段性培养方向转变,不断推动我国教师队伍的高质量发展。“From qualified to outstanding and to excellent”is the logic layer of cultivating teachers periodically in the current China.This transformation doesn't mean the replacement of the latter by the former,but the transfer of focus in the different stages.Teacher training can be divided simply into three stages of pre-service education,post-service education and lifelong education.There is a relatively clear boundary between pre-service education and post-service education,and lifelong education,in a narrow sense,can be regarded as the advanced stage of post-service education.Pre-service education should take the training of qualified teachers as its direction,find the bottom line in the selection of objects,find the standard line in the professional ideas and find the red line in the educational practice.Post-service education should take the training of outstanding teachers as its direction,and focus on the educational practice training in the context of problems,the educational wisdom promotion in the context of learning and the group atmosphere influence in the context of collective environment.Lifelong education,however,should take the training of excellent teachers as its direction,select the best teachers to make a good reserve of teacher literacy,and change the external import into the internal growth,the scattered training into the systematic training,and the unidirectional training into the comprehensive research.Through the transformation from“qualified to outstanding and to excellent”in a periodic way,we hope to promote the high-quality development of teaching staff in China.
