摘 要:为探明曲线半径对车辆、轨道及轮轨接触的影响,以轮轨非线性接触为研究对象,建立车辆-轨道耦合的整体有限元模型,采用扩展拉格朗日接触算法,在钢轨高低不平顺的激励下,以80 km/h的车速模拟不同曲线半径对车辆-轨道耦合系统的垂向振动影响。研究结果表明:小曲线半径对车体舒适和构架振动不利;曲线半径几乎不影响轨道的垂向振动,但在曲线轨道设计时应考虑内外轨横向加固措施。从轮轨非线性接触的角度探讨了轮轨脱离甚至爬轨的原因。To study the influence of curve radius on vehicle system,track system and wheel/rail contact,a finite element model of vehicle and track coupling system based on the study of wheel/rail nonlinear contact is established.In the model,the extended Lagrange contact algorithm is adopted.Under the excitation of track irregularities,the effects of different curve radius with 80 km/h operation speed on the vertical vibration of the system are simulated.The results show that small curve radius is detrimental to the frame vibration and the train body comfort.Though the radius of curve hardly affects the vertical vibration of the ballast bed,the lateral reinforcement measures for track should be taken into consideration in the design of curve track.Finally,causes for wheel/rail separation and even track climbing are discussed from the perspective of wheel/rail nonlinear contact.
