摘　　要：本文对应用型本科高校的分析化学实验教学改革进行了探索,突出强调就业为导向的理念,从深入调研相关行业和岗位内容,有针对性且切实地调整现有实验内容、配套和革新实验教学方式、实验内容与大小课题对接四个方面分析了实施方案的具体内容。该项实验教学改革增强了学生的就业对接性和提高了职业素质能力。It is necessary to reform the teaching system of Analytical Chemistry experiment in applicationoriented university. The concept of employment orientation is very important. Four aspects of the specific content of the implementation plan are analyzed, which include in-depth investigation of relevant industries, adjusting the existing experimental content in a targeted and practical way, supporting and innovating experimental teaching methods and connection of experimental content and various research projects. The reform improved and enhanced the employment connection and professional quality ability of students.
