试析提升老年合唱教学效果的有效途径

摘　　要：老年合唱是合唱队伍中的主力军之一,老年合唱中存在着到课率不高、情感凝聚力不强、歌唱基础参差不齐等问题。针对这些问题提出了几点解决策略:全面的保障措施与张弛有度的练习方式相结合;用分组教学的形式整合教学断层;将混合式教学应用于老年教学过程中;通过解决问题来提升学习者的成就感,增强学习的动力,是提高教学效果的有效途径。The aged chorus is one of the main forces in the chorus team.There are some problems in the aged chorus,such as low attendance rate,weak emotional cohesion and uneven singing basis.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward several solutions:the combination of comprehensive safeguard measures and relaxation practice;the integration of teaching faults in the form of group teaching;and the application of blended teaching in the process of teaching for the elderly.Through solving problems,we can improve the sense of achievement of learners to enhance the motivation of learning.
