摘  要:轨道结构的频率响应指系统容易被激发产生显著振动响应的频率特性,根据频率响应函数可以辨识出轨道系统容易被激发的振动频率范围。采用锤击方法比较采用上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件(GJ-32扣件)以及Ⅲ型减振器两种轨道结构型式的钢轨的垂向和横向频率响应特性,同时也对比分析这两种轨道型式钢轨的振动频率响应情况,并结合两种轨道型式钢轨波磨现象,分析钢轨的频率响应特性与波磨特装频率的相关性。结果表明:上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件相对于Ⅲ型减振器在200 Hz^400 Hz之间对于钢轨的垂向及横向振动有较好抑制作用;采用这两种减振装置的钢轨的垂向“Pinned-Pinned”共振不是导致钢轨波磨的主要原因;采用Ⅲ型减振器的钢轨垂向频率共振点与现场实测的典型波磨频率高度吻合;在容易产生钢轨波磨的主要频率段,GJ-32扣件具有较好的衰减性和阻尼特性。The frequency response of the track structure can be referred to the frequency characteristics of the system that is easily excited to produce a significant vibration response.It can be used to identify the range of vibration frequencies in which the track system is easily excited.In this paper,the vertical and lateral frequency response characteristics of the upper-locking double-layer nonlinear vibration-damping fastener(GJ-32 fastener)and the Ⅲ damper under the rail structure are compared each other by hammering method.The vibration frequency responses of two types of rails are compared and analyzed.Combined with the rail grinding phenomenon of the two rail types,the correlation between the frequency response characteristics of the rails and the special frequency of rail corrugation is analyzed.The results show that:(1)The GJ-32 fastener has a good restraining effect on the vertical and lateral vibration of the Ⅲ damper track structure in the frequency range of 200 Hz-400 Hz;(2)The vertical“Pinned-Pinned”resonance of the GJ-32 fastener and the Ⅲ damper rail structure is not the main cause of the rail corrugation;(3)With the use of the Ⅲ fastener vibration damper,the vertical frequency resonance point of the rail is highly consistent with the typical corrugation frequency measured in the field;(4)The GJ-32 fastener has good attenuation and damping effect in the main frequency range where the rail corrugation occurs easily.
