摘  要:研究了乳酸提取过程中,发酵结束后的料液采用陶瓷膜过滤替代传统碱化絮凝工艺的可行性。试验了陶瓷膜过滤与传统碱化絮凝处理的乳酸发酵液,在透光度、乳酸收率、固形物含量、色度等指标上的异同,采用陶瓷膜过滤的料液透光度达到81.5%,较碱化絮凝工艺提高了14.4%,其它指标均达到了传统碱化絮凝工艺的效果。同时验证了乳酸发酵液是否进行碱化絮凝处理,对采用陶瓷膜过滤的膜通量基本无影响。初步确定了采用陶瓷膜过滤乳酸发酵液替代传统碱化絮凝工艺是可行的。In this paper,the feasibility of using ceramic membrane filtration to replace the traditional alkaline flocculation process in the process of lactic acid extraction was studied.The similarities and differences between the ceramic membrane filtration and the traditional alkaline flocculation in the light transmittance,lactic acid yield,solid content,chroma and other indicators were tested.The light transmittance of the ceramic membrane filtration reached 81.5%,14.4%higher than that of the alkaline flocculation process,and other indicators achieved the effect of the traditional alkaline flocculation process.At the same time,whether the lactic acid fermentation liquid is treated by alkalization and flocculation has no effect on the membrane flux of ceramic membrane filtration.It is feasible to use ceramic membrane to filter lactic acid fermentation liquid instead of alkalization and flocculation.
