摘　　要：阐述了实木定制家具企业生产现状及企业在制定排产计划中遇到的实际问题;分析了ERP与MES平台的优劣势及基于平台协同制定排产计划的必要性与可行性;提出协同平台结构模型,并引入实现实木定制家具精确排产的任务池概念,为提高实木定制家具企业运用ERP与MES等信息化平台,制定科学、合理、精确的排产计划提供参考。In this article,the production status of solid wood custom furniture companies and the practical problems encountered by enterprises in formulating production scheduling plans were described;then the advantages and disadvantages of ERP and MES platforms,the necessity and feasibility of collaborative production planning based on platforms were analyzed;collaborative platforms structural model was proposed,and the concept of task pool to be achieved accurate production of solid wood custom furniture was introduced,which provided a reference for improving solid wood custom furniture companies to use ERP and MES and other information platforms to formulate scientific,reasonable and accurate production planning.
