摘  要:目的评价探究探讨PBL与CBL教学法在临床实习教学中的联合应用效果。方法收集2018年1月—2019年5月期间来本院接受实习的临床医学系实习生资料进行研究观察,从中随机抽选30名,采取抛硬币的方法将其分成两组,数字面为对照组,花纹面为观察组,给予对照组的实习生在临床教学中实施常规带教法,给予观察组的实习生在临床教学中实施PBL(以问题为导向的教学)联合CBL教学法(案例结合教学法),两组实习生均接受为期一个月的培训测评,对比两组实习学生的最终考核成绩、实习生的临床各项能力评分、对教学方法的认知情况以及自我学习肯定评价。结果实习结束后,观察组实习生的病历书写、案例分析、概念题、客观选择题以及简答题的成绩分数明显比对照组的分数高,观察组实习生的临床诊疗能力、沟通协作能力、自我管理能力、专业技能、临床价值观等的各项临床能力评分显著高于对照组的评分,数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组实习生对教学方法各方面的认可度和自我教学评价的肯定度均比对照组的比例高,组间数值对比存在统计学意义。结论在临床实习教学中对实习生采用PBL与CBL教学法不仅能够提高学生的学习和实践能力,还能保证教学质量优化提升,获取较高的评价。Objective To evaluate and explore the combined application effect of PBL and CBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching.Methods Collected from January 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital to accept the internship of clinical medical interns data to research the observation,from randomly selected 30,flip a coin of the methods to be divided into two groups,the digital surface as the control group,pattern as the observation group,giving the control group of interns in the clinical teaching implementation of the conventional teaching,giving observation group of interns in the clinical teaching implementation of PBL(problem based learning)joint CBL teaching method(case based learning),two groups of internship embrace a month of training evaluation,The results of the final assessment of the two groups of intern students,clinical ability scores of interns,cognitive status of teaching methods and selflearning positive evaluation were compared.Results After the internship,the observation group of interns medical history writing,case study,the concept of topic,the objective multiple-choice or short-answer questions scores than the control group scored significantly higher score,observation group of interns clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,communication cooperation ability and self management ability,professional skills and clinical values of the various clinical score ability score is significantly higher than the control group,the data contrast significant difference,P<0.05.In the observation group,interns’recognition of teaching methods and self-teaching evaluation were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion PBL and CBL teaching methods for interns in clinical practice teaching can not only improve students’learning and practical ability,but also ensure the optimization and improvement of teaching quality and obtain high evaluation.
