摘 要:德国职业教育举世闻名,德国的职教师资继续培养形成了一套比较成熟、完善的模式。对比德国,我国"双师型"教师继续培养还存在着一些问题:继续培养机制有待进一步健全及落实;缺乏与企业的深度合作;没有形成完善的培训网络。借鉴德国职教师资继续培养经验,对我国"双师型"教师继续培养有如下启示:加强教师继续培养机制建设;构建完善的继续培训网络;推动校企深度合作,联合开展师资继续培养;加强与国内外同行院校的交流与合作。German vocational education is world-famous. Teachers’ continuing education in German vocational education has developed a mature and perfect model. Compared with Germany, there are still some problems in the continuing training of "double-qualified" teachers in our country: the continuing training mechanism needs to be further improved and implemented;the lack of in-depth cooperation with enterprises;the lack of a comprehensive training network. Drawing on the experience of continuing training of German vocational teachers, it has the following implications for the continuing training of "double-qualified" teachers in China: strengthening the construction of teachers’ continuing training mechanisms;establishing a comprehensive continuing training network;promoting in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, and jointly developing teachers’ continuing training;strengthening exchanges and cooperation with peer institutions at home and abroad.
