摘 要:2020年,新冠疫情突如其来,全国各级各类学校开启了大规模在线教学模式,如何实现线上线下教学质量实质等效,高职院校面临着巨大挑战。结合陕西职业技术学院在线教学实践,对在线教学模式、在线教学平台选择、优化教学管理的实践经验进行分析总结,发现整体在线教学师生满意度较高。在此基础上总结得出经验:教学平台及教学资源建设是基础,教师在线教学技能是前提,适宜的教学模式是关键,精准高效的在线教学管理是保障。In 2020, 2019-nCoV occurs suddenly and it starts the large-scale online teaching mode of all kinds of schools at all levels. How to achieve the substantial equivalence of online and offline teaching quality is a huge challenge for higher vocational colleges.Combined with the online teaching practice of Shaanxi Vocational & Technical College, this paper analyzes and summarizes the practical experience of online teaching mode, online teaching platform selection and teaching management optimization, and finds that the overall online teaching satisfaction degree of teachers and students is relatively high.On this basis, it is concluded that the construction of teaching platform and teaching resources is the foundation;teachers’ online teaching skills are the premise;appropriate teaching mode is the key;accurate and efficient online teaching management is the guarantee.
