摘  要:基于高职院校辅导员工作特点,运用AHP(层次分析法)构建高职院校辅导员绩效评价体系。将辅导员、所在学院学工办、学校学工管理部门、服务对象和相关业务部门同事作为绩效考核的评价主体,把绩效目标完成标准和关键素质行为标准作为考核关键因素进行分解并确定各二级指标权重,定性与定量分析相结合。结果表明:该评价体系能精确、有效地对辅导员工作进行考核,更具系统性、科学性和简便性。Based on the work characteristics of vocational college counselors,a performance evaluation system for vocational college counselors constructed with the AHP method was used to integrate counselors,the student affairs branch office the school’s student management department,the service clients and colleagues in relevant departments as the evaluation subjects of the performance evaluation,decompose the performance target completion criteria and key quality behavior standards into key factors of the assessment,and determine the weights of the secondary indicators.It was found that the evaluation system.combining qualitative and quantitative methods accurately and effectively evaluated the work of counselors in more systematic,scientific and simple way.
