摘  要:惩罚一直以来都被作为教育的重要手段。2019年11月,我国教育部颁布的关于《中小学教师实施教育惩戒规则(征求意见稿)》公开征求意见的公告,将教育惩戒面向大众进行了落实。一直以来,教育惩戒作为教育必不可少的方法之一,国家也正在对其做出立法保障,逐步明确教师的惩戒权。教育各界对教育惩戒的关注度更是越来越高。如何让惩罚真正地发挥作用,至关重要的是教师在进行必要的教育惩罚时所表达出来的语言艺术。教师自身的语言表达能力、心理素质等直接影响惩罚所起的作用。Punishment has always been an important means of education.In November 2019,the Ministry of Education of China promulgated an announcement for public comments on"Rules for the Implementation of Educational Punishment by Primary and Secondary School Teaching(Draft for Comments)",publicizing educational punishment among the public.Educational punishment has always been an indispensable method of education,and the State is also making legislative guarantees for educational punishment,and gradually clarifying the punishment right of teachers.The educational circles are also paying more and more attention to it.To make educational punishment really work,the language art of teachers expressed in the process is of vital importance,because teachers’language skills and psychological qualities directly affect the role of punishment.
