国外高等教育PBL教学法教师研修项目的学习与启示

摘　　要：为提高我国中西部高等教育水平和人才培养质量,2017年国家留学基金管理委员会从地方高校选派35位教师到丹麦奥尔堡大学参加教学法研修项目。通过十门教育学课程理论学习和两个PBL项目研究,并参与教学观摩、师生座谈和专家讲座等活动,学员们对PBL教学有了较为全面的了解。文章结合对国内高校教学现状的思考及自身教学的体会,从以学生为中心、PBL教学、团队合作和教与学反思等四个方面论述了研修的收获和认识。In order to improve the higher education level and quality of universities in the central and western regions of China,CSC(China Scholarship Council)has selected 35 teachers and sent them to study and research the PBL(Problem/Project-based Learning)Teaching Method Research Project of Foreign Higher Education in Aalborg University,Denmark.Through the theoretical learning of ten pedagogy courses,two studies of PBL project and some activities such as teaching observation,teacher and student interview and expert lectures,the teachers had an overall understanding of PBL teaching.Combined with the consideration of the current teaching situation in domestic universities and teaching experience,the article represented the gain and understanding of the study from the four aspects of student-centered,PBL teaching,teamwork and teaching and learning reflection.
