加强农村家宴管理 助力新时代乡村振兴——以江苏省仪征市为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出“乡村振兴”战略。为进一步提升农村家宴服务中心整体水平,确保农村地区食品安全,加快实现“乡村振兴”,本文以江苏省仪征市为例做了初步调研和探索,对农村家宴的特点及存在的安全隐患进行了分析,探讨了仪征市近年在农家宴管理方面的实践与探索,最后提出了进一步加强农村家宴管理的思路和建议。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of“rural revitalization”in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress.In order to further improve the overall level of rural family banquet service center,ensure food safety in rural areas,help speed up the realization of“rural revitalization”,this paper takes Yizheng City,Jiangsu Province as an example to do a preliminary investigation and exploration.This paper analyzes the characteristics of rural family banquet and the hidden dangers of security,discusses the practice and exploration of Yizheng City in the management of rural family banquet in recent years,and finally puts forward some ideas and suggestions to further strengthen the management of rural family banquet.
