《生物制药工艺学》课程的教学改革探索

摘　　要：生物制药工艺学是生物制药、生物工程(生物制药)开设的一门主干课程。根据课程的性质、目的和要求,结合我校生物工程专业人才培养的特点,我们从选择合适教材、讲好精选内容;适时补充内容、拓展知识层面;结合多种教学方式,提高教学效果;开展综合实验,提升实践技能;结合认识实习,增强感性认知等理论教学和实践教学方面对教学改革进行了探索,从而使该课程教学更好的满足专业人才培养和学科发展的需要。Biopharmaceutical Technology is a main course of biopharmaceutical and bioengineering specialty(biopharmaceutical aspect).According to the characteristics,purpose and requirement of the course,combined with the features of bioengineering talents training in our school,the teaching reform was explored from the following aspects:selection of teaching materials and teaching well the selected contents;supplementing the teaching content in time and expanding the knowledge level;improving the teaching effect by combining various teaching ways and means;carrying out comprehensive experiments and cultivating practical skills;strengthening perceptual cognition by combining cognitive practice.All these theoretical and practical teaching reforms were to better meet the needs of professional personnel training and discipline development.
