摘  要:建设实验性示范性高中是基础教育现代化的重要组成部分。上海市实验性示范性高中建设多年来在办学理念、国家课程校本化实施、特色课程建设、师资队伍建设、生涯教育指导、教育科研等方面取得了较大成效,但在学校发展规划、课程体系建设、课堂教学方式变革、教学管理制度创新等方面还需进一步发展。督导评估作为高中教育管理的重要手段之一,在利益相关者共识、线下线上融合督导、督导评估专业化建设、督导评估价值导向等方面也值得反思与关注。Constructing model high school is an important part of the modernization of basic education in China. Model high schools in Shanghai have made great achievements in the philosophy of running schools, school-based implementation of national curriculum, developing courses with characteristics, teaching staff construction, guidance of students development and education research,etc. But there is much room for further development in the areas of school development planning,systematic design of curriculum system, change of classroom teaching and learning ways, senior teacher training, and innovation of teaching management system. As one of the important methods of high school management, supervision and evaluation also deserve attention and reconsideration in stakeholder consensus, integrating online and onsite supervision, enhancing professionalized supervision and continuously promoting development-oriented supervision and evaluation.
