摘  要:针对我国《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》文件精神,结合我校新能源汽车专业的实际情况,凭借我校多年来在现代学徒制人才培养工作取得的优秀成果,我校与上汽通过五菱公司共同创新育人模式,形成四元一体教学培养模式。在专业培养过程中,校企按照"双主体"的基本要求和师傅带徒弟的教学方式为上汽通用五菱公司及周边相关行业培养了一批高素质、高质量的人才。In accordance with the spirit of the document "opinions of the Ministry of education on carrying out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship", combined with the actual situation of the new energy vehicle major in our school, and with the excellent achievements of our school in the training of modern apprenticeship talents over the years, our school and SAIC have jointly innovated the training mode through Wuling company, forming a four in one teaching and training mode. In the process of professional training, according to the basic requirements of two main bodies and the teaching method of master and apprentice, the school and enterprise have trained a group of highquality and high-quality talents for SAIC GM Wuling company and its surrounding industries.
