摘  要:为评价我校自主研发的虚拟仿真实验教学平台首次在蛋白质含量测定实验中的教学效果,将我校2015级预防医学专业学生纳入研究对象,授课教师结合实验教学内容将虚拟仿真实验教学平台贯穿到实验教学中,每位学生均进行虚拟仿真实验操作,待充分理解实验过程后再进行实体实验,实验结束后采用自行设计的问卷进行满意度调查,并对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果显示,92%以上的学生愿意采用该平台进行实验学习,70%以上的学生认为虚拟仿真实验教学平台在帮助理解实验目的、实验原理、激发学生学习积极性等方面发挥重要作用。To evaluate the teaching effect of the virtual simulation experimental platform independently developed by our school in the protein content determination experiment for the first time. Including preventive medicine professional’s senior students in research object, the instructor in combination with the experimental teaching content, and the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform was integrated into the experimental teaching, each student carried out the virtual simulation experimental operation. Entity experiments should be carried out after the experimental process and operations were fully grasped. We used self-designed questionnaire for satisfaction survey after the experiment completed, and the results were statistically analyzed. Through statistical analysis, we found that more than 92 % of the students were willing to use the platform for experimental learning, and over 70 % believed that the teaching platform of virtual simulation experimental plays an important role in helping students understand the purpose, the principle of the experiment and inspiring students’ learning enthusiasm.
