摘　　要：随着经济社会的高速发展,高校通过产学研合作,积极参与经济和社会建设。依托学习共同体理念与特征,探讨美术教师产学研协同创新的必要性,并提出学习共同体理念指导下,美术教师的产学研协同创新路径,从而促进教师专业发展和学生的能力提升。With the rapid development of economy and society,colleges and universities actively participate in the economic and social construction through the cooperation of production,teaching and research.Based on the concept and characteristics of learning community,this paper discusses the necessity of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research of art teachers,and puts forward the path of collaborative innovation of production,learning and research of art teachers under the guidance of the concept of learning community,so as to promote the professional development of teachers and the improvement of students'ability.
