摘  要:在重视继续教育的传统下,为规范各行各业资格标准,解决从业者技能落后和更新缓慢的问题,英国统一的职业资格框架实现了从NQF-QCF-RQF的基本变革。作为国家职业资格框架的专门职业之一,英国幼儿教师被不断革新其资格等级和标准设置,形成了当前基于持续学习的阶梯式幼儿教师资格证书制度。英国阶梯式幼儿教师资格证书制度有其独特内涵和特征,并从实施上支持幼儿教师的持续学习。为确保阶梯式幼儿教师资格证书制度的顺利实施,英国政府和学前教育机构建立了涵盖有法律、制度和经费的健全保障体系。借鉴英国阶梯式幼儿教师资格证书制度的基本经验,我国应完善保障体系、开发个性化培训和构建评估机制以促进幼儿教师的专业发展。Under the tradition of attaching importance to further education,in order to regulate the qualification standards of all walks of life and solve the problem of shortage and slow update in practitioners'skills,British national vocational qualification framework has realized fundamental transformation from NQF-QCF-RQF.As one of the professional occupations of the national vocational qualifications framework,Early childhood education teachers have been constantly innovating their qualification levels and standards,forming the ladder pattern of teacher qualification certificate system on early childhood education in Britain for continuous learning.British ladder pattern of teacher qualification certificate system on early childhood education has its unique connotation and characteristics,and supports the continuous learning of early childhood education teachers in implementation.To ensure the smooth implementation of the ladder pattern of teacher qualification certificate system,the British government and pre-school education institutions have established an adequate security system covering laws,mechanisms and funds.Drawing on the basic experience of the ladder pattern of teacher qualification certificate system on earlychildhood education in Britain,China should improve the security system,develop personalized training and build an evaluation mechanism to promote the professional development of early childhood education teachers.
