摘 要:目的探讨全程导师制分阶段新型教学模式在内分泌科临床见习带教中的应用价值。方法选择2017届于该院内分泌科工作的90名见习医师作为对照组,采用传统的教学模式;选择2018届于该院内分泌科工作的90名见习医师作为观察组,采用全程导师制分阶段新型教学模式。对比两组理论知识、临床操作的考核成绩与教学期间的综合表现。结果观察组理论知识、临床操作的考核成绩[(85.76±7.70)分、(90.16±2.37)分]均比对照组[(76.64±8.82)分、(80.12±3.36)分]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组综合表现优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,观察组表现为优、良的人次占比达到46.67%与51.11%。结论全程导师制分阶段新型教学模式在内分泌科临床见习带教中的应用价值较高,能有效提高见习医师的理论知识水平、临床操作能力,改善其综合表现。Objective To explore the application value of the new teaching mode of the whole course of mentoring system in clinical practice in endocrinology department.Methods 90 cases of trainees working in the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital in 2017 were selected as the control group,using the traditional teaching model;90 cases of trainees working in the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital in 2018 were selected as the observation group,and the new mentor system was adopted in stage-based teaching model.Compare the theoretical knowledge of the two groups,the assessment results of clinical operations and the comprehensive performance during the teaching period.Results The observation group’s theoretical knowledge and clinical operation evaluation scores[(85.76±7.70)points,(90.16±2.37)points]were higher than the control group[(76.64±8.82)points,(80.12±3.36)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the proportion of excellent and good observations in the observation group reached 46.67%and 51.11%.Conclusion The new staged teaching model of the whole course of mentoring system has high application value in the clinical practice teaching of endocrinology department,which can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level and clinical operation ability of trainee physicians,and improve their comprehensive performance.
