摘  要:目的研究在疫情防控背景下耳鼻咽喉科学线上教学中采用网络环境下问题导向学习(Web Problem-Based Learning,W-PBL)模式的教学效果。方法纳入在中国医科大学附属第一医院2020年参加耳鼻咽喉科网络实习课程的本科生25名为试验组,2019年参加传统教学实习课程的本科生25名为对照组。比较2组问卷调查结果和出科成绩。结果试验组有92%的学生认为教学目标清楚,有100%的学生对教学模式感兴趣,有88%的学生认为能锻炼分析和解决临床问题的能力,有80%的学生认为能鼓励表达己见,有96%的学生认为能激励学习动机,有96%的学生认为能提高合作学习能力;对照组上述指标占比依次为68%、80%、64%、52%、76%和72%,各项结果 2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组理论成绩(38.05±1.15)分、临床病例分析成绩(57.42±2.18)分、综合成绩(95.41±2.20)分高于相应对照组(32.14±1.84)分、(51.76±2.36)分、(83.69±2.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉科学教学中采用W-PBL教学模式能帮助学生形成临床思维,提高学习效果,可作为培养实用型与创新型医学人才的有效方法。Objective To study the effect of the Web problem-based learning(W-PBL)teaching mode in otolaryngology online teaching against the context of the epidemic.Methods 25 undergraduates who participated the otolaryngology network internship course in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University in 2020 were included as the experimental group,and 25 undergraduates who participated the traditional internship mode course in 2019 were included as the control group.The result of the questionnaire survey and the course grades between the two groups was compared.Results In the experimental group,92%students thought that the teaching objectives were clear,100%students were interested in the teaching mode,88%of the students thought that they could exercise the ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,80%of the students thought the expression of their views could be encouraged,96%of the students thought that learning motivation could be inspired,and 96%of the students thought they can improve the cooperative learning ability;the above indicators in the control group account for 68%,80%,64%,52%,76%,and 72%.Compared the results between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group's theoretical score(38.05±1.15),clinical operation score(57.42±2.18),comprehensive score(95.41±2.20)were higher than the control group(32.14±1.84),(51.76±2.36),(83.69±2.58),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion W-PBL teaching mode can help students to develop clinical thinking and improve the learning effect in the teaching of otolaryngology,which can be used as an effective method to cultivate practical and innovative medical talents.
