摘  要:目的对漳州市沿海海域的贝类进行监测分析,研究贝类毒素消长规律,为预防食物中毒提供依据。方法全年按时间计划对10个海域现场采样,采用液质联用法对10种麻痹性贝类毒素和9种腹泻性贝类毒素进行检测。结果监测数据发现,贝类毒素检出暴发期在5/6/7/8月,未发现明显污染的海域;扇贝、贻贝和牡蛎中均可检出,毒素种类有所差异;扇贝样品麻痹性贝类毒素检出率(70.6%)和腹泻性贝类毒素检出率(94.1%)均较高,贻贝样品腹泻性贝类毒素检出率100.0%,牡蛎样品也部分检出。结论应适时对贝类毒素进行监测,采取相应措施防止食物中毒事件发生。Objective To analyze toxin monitoring result of shellfish samples in coastal areas of Zhangzhou City and study the law of growth and decline for food borne disease control and prevention. Methods According to the annual time schedule, ten sea areas were sampled, and ten paralytic shellfish toxins and nine diarrheal shellfish toxins were detected by liquid-mass spectrometry method. Results Monitoring data showed that the outbreak period of shellfish toxin was in May/June/July/August,with no significant contaminated sea area. The toxin can be detected out in scallops,mussels and oysters and the types of toxins were varied. The detection rates of diarrhea shellfish toxin in mussel samples were 100.0%. The detection rates of paralytic shellfish toxin(70.6%) and diarrheal shellfish toxin(94.1%) in scallop samples were at higher level, and oyster samples were also detected partially. Conclusion Shellfish toxins should be timely monitored in Zhangzhou City to take appropriate measures for preventing food poisoning events.
