校企合作联合培养畜牧专业研究生模式探讨

摘　　要：现代畜牧业发展迅猛,需要大量专业人才。但是一些高校畜牧专业研究生培养仍然过于看重科研及论文,并不能完全满足现代企业的需求。校企合作则是培养综合型、应用型人才的重要方式,但目前与之相关的校企业合作模式研究还不够系统和深入,还存在一些问题。本文分析了校企合作的畜牧专业研究生培养存在的问题,提出了相应的解决策略,以期为畜牧专业以及其他专业研究生培养工作提供借鉴与参考。The rapid development of modern animal husbandry requires a large number of professional talents.However,some universities still pay too much attention to scientific research and theoretical papers,which can not fully meet the needs of modern enterprises.University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate comprehensive and application-oriented talents.However,the research on university-enterprise cooperation model is not systematic and deep-going,and there are still some problems in the development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of postgraduates majoring in animal husbandry in university-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide references for the training of postgraduates majoring in animal husbandry and other majors.
