摘　　要：国家对大学生创新创业教育提出了新的要求,特别强调了要加强农业机械化人才的培养。因此,文章提出了基于“滞后招生”与“滚动淘汰”模式的科技创新人才遴选办法,多元开放的科技创新人才培养方案,科技创新人才的多元教学模式,以及理论与实践相融合的科技创新人才培养模式。The new requirements for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education have been proposed by China.Strengthening the cultivation of agricultural mechanization talents is also emphasized.Therefore,in this paper,the selection method of technological innovation talents is proposed based on the model of"delayed enrollment"and"rolling elimination",and the diversified and open cultivation plan of technological innovation talents,diversified teaching model of technological innovation talents,and the training model of technological innovation talents for integrating theory and practice are proposed through course teaching and practical activities.
