摘　　要：实验教学是本科教育工程技术人才培养的重要环节,是培养学生综合实践创新能力的重要途径。根据电子封装技术专业实践人才培养的需求,构建了基于OBE理念的引线键合实验教学体系,系统研究了教学目标先于教学内容、所有实验教学活动都围绕实验教学预期目标展开的教学模式,确立了递进式、多元化的实验教学内容,实施了以学生为主体、重视实验过程的多元化引线键合实验考核体系。实践表明,通过确定学生学习成果目标,以学生为中心,提高了学生对引线键合实验的兴趣和自主性,激发了学生对科学研究的热情,提高了学生的基础动手能力、科学探究能力和工程实践能力。Experimental teaching is an important part in the cultivation of engineering talents for undergraduate education and an important way to cultivate students’integrated practical ability and innovation ability.According to the needs of practical talents in electronic packaging technology,the wire bonding experimental teaching system based on the OBE idea is constructed.The teaching goal is systematically studied before the teaching content,and all experimental teaching activities are carried out around the expected goal of experimental teaching.Progressive and pluralistic experimental teaching contents are established.The student-oriented wire bonding evaluation system which emphasized the experiments process has been imposed.
