摘　　要：高职院校的快速发展,为社会输送了大量的专业性人才,为社会经济转型升级提供了可靠保障。而在高职院校的教学工作中,新生教学工作尤为重要,特别是其的心理教学工作,该工作在保证新生适应新环境当中起着至关重要的作用。因此,必须要对高职院校新生心理适应问题展开研究,对当前工作中存在的问题进行分析,从而采取更为有效的改善措施。The rapid development of higher vocational colleges has delivered a large number of professional talents to the society and provided a reliable guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of the social economy.In the teaching work of higher vocational colleges,the teaching work of freshmen is particularly important,especially its psychological teaching work,which plays a vital role in ensuring that freshmen adapt to the new environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study the psychological adaptation problems of freshmen in vocational colleges,analyze the problems in the current work,and take more effective improvement measures.
