乡村振兴女性人才生态环境理性审视

摘　　要：乡村女性人才队伍是我国乡村振兴战略实施的重要力量,没有广大女性人才参与的乡村振兴战略无法顺利实施。而良好人才生态环境是乡村女性人才队伍建设的基础和前提。当前,我国乡村女性人才生态环境仍存在一些问题:对乡村女性人才价值认识不足、乡村女性人才参与乡村治理力度有待加强、乡村道德环境有待改善、乡村治安环境有待改善等。这些因素制约了新时代乡村振兴女性人才队伍建设。为此,提出如下建议:树立正确的乡村女性人才价值观;重视乡村女性教育培训;保障乡村女性参政议政权益,提高其参政议政能力水平;加强乡村道德文化建设和法治建设,为乡村女性营造良好的道德与治安环境;完善支持乡村女性干事创业政策体系,为女性人才成长发展提供良好的制度环境。Rural female talent is an important force in the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy,the rural revitalization strategy can not be successfully implemented without the participation of female talents.But the good talented person ecological environment is the countryside female talented person troop construction foundation and the premise.At the moment,there are still some problems in the ecological environment of rural female talents in China:the lack of understanding of the value of rural female talents,the lack of participation of rural female talents in rural governance,the improvement of rural moral environment,and the improvement of rural public security environment.These factors have restricted the new era rural revitalization of the construction of female talent team.To this end,the following suggestions are put forward:to establish the correct values of Rural Women Talents;to attach importance to the education and training of rural women;to guarantee the rights and interests of rural women in participating in and discussing state affairs,and to improve their ability to participate in and discussing state affairs;and to strengthen the construction of moral culture and the construction of the rule of law in rural areas,to build a good moral and public security environment for rural women,improve the policy system to support rural women officers entrepreneurship,to provide a good institutional environment for the growth and development of female talent.
