摘　　要：智能技术的应用和互联网的飞速发展为大学生就业带来了严峻的就业形势,独立学院的法学教育如何在时代发展的洪流中有效培养符合时代需要的应用型人才亟待我们思考。新时代,校企合作是培养优秀法律人才的重要因素,独立学院法学专业的校企合作办学,在人才培养定位、合作预期上与非独立院校不同,故应当在合作办学质量评价机制、合作管理与保障机制、人才培养质量就业反馈机制等方面进行有机融合与联动,形成一套与之相匹配的质量评价体系。The application of intelligent tech nology and the rapiddevelopment of the Internethavebrought about a seriousemploymentsituation for collegestudents.How to effectively train the applicable talents who meet the needs of the times in the torrent of the development of the times of independent colleges’legal education is urgent.In the new era,school-enterprise cooperation is an important factor for cultivating excellent legal talents.The law-school cooperation between independent colleges and schools is different from non-independent colleges in terms of talent training positioning and cooperation expectations.Management and security mechanisms,talent training quality and employment feedback mechanisms are organically integrated and linked to form a set of quality evaluation systems that match it.
