摘 要:通过将碳点和量子点混合成为双发射比率荧光探针,实现对食品接触材料中双酚A进行定性和定量检测。结果表明,双酚A能够特异性地猝灭比率荧光探针的荧光,双酚A浓度与比率探针荧光强度的关系曲线在0.2~219 nmol/L范围内成良好线性关系,该方法检出限为0.13 nmol/L。实现了对目标物双酚A的高选择性、高灵敏度、低成本、快速荧光传感检测。Quantum dots and carbon dots were mixed to form a dual-emission ratiometric fluorescent probe,which could be used for the qualitative and quantitative detection of bisphenol A(BPA)in food contact materials.The results showed that the fluorescence of the ratiometric fluorescent probe could be specifically quenched by BPA.The relationship between the concentration of BPA and the fluorescence intensity of the ratiometric probe was linear in the range of 0.2-219 nmol/L with the limit of detection(LOD)of 0.13 nmol/L.The ratiometric fluorescent probe can detect BPA with high selectivity,high sensitivity,low cost and fast fluorescence sensing.
