高职院校开展现代学徒制试点面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：现代学徒制注重工匠精神和职业技能的传承,是培养技术技能型人才最有效的方式和途径,具有非常鲜明的时代特征。我国教育主管部门充分吸收部分西方发达国家职业教育改革的经验,结合我国的具体国情,拟推动现代学徒制本土化实践,以促进我国职业教育的快速发展。从2014年开始,我国陆续出台了一系列旨在推动现代学徒制改革的指导性文件。2015年开始在部分职业院校开展试点,目前已遍及全国范围,并取得了良好的成效。该文提出职业院校在现代学徒制试点过程中可能面临的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以确保试点工作的顺利推进。Paying attention to the inheritance of craftsman spirit and professional skills, modern apprenticeship is the most effective way to train technical and skilled talents, and it has very distinctive characteristics of the times. Our country’s education authorities have fully absorbed the experience of vocational education reform in some Western developed countries, and combined it with our country’s specific national conditions, in order to promote the localization of modern apprenticeship and promote the rapid development of vocational education in our country. Beginning in 2014, our country has successively issued a series of guiding documents aimed at promoting the reform of modern apprenticeship. Pilot programs have been launched in some vocational colleges in 2015. They have now spread across the country and good results have been achieved. This paper will put forward the problems that vocational colleges may face in the pilot programs of modern apprenticeship, and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the successful progress of the pilot work.
