摘　　要：现代学徒制是一种新型的人才培养模式,指出在我国近几年的高职教育实践过程中存在很多问题,比如政府的相关政策法规不健全、行业标准尚未建立、企业师傅的选拔困难、课程比例设置不规范、教学评价缺乏等等。结合相关实践经验,从政府及社会支持、制度建设、师资培养、课程体系、教学质量监控、学生管理等方面,提出了推动高职院校现代学徒制试点工作的一系列建议。The paper pointed out the existing problems with higher vocational education in China in recent years,such as lacking government policies and regulations,immature industrial standards,difficulty in selection of corporate masters,out-of-proportion or irregular curricular setting,and absence of teaching evaluation system,etc.Based on relevant practical experience,it proposed a series of suggestions to promote the modern apprenticeship pilot projects in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of government and society support,system construction,teacher training,curricular system,teaching quality control and student management,etc.
