摘  要:组织变革和组织优化是组织质量提升的有效路径。依托教育动因和教育功能“维度理论”,尝试把组织质量提升放在一个具有关联和回路关系的分析框架中,从“动因-功能”维度出发,面向“四个回归”的“核心要义”落脚,构建当下高校基层教学组织质量提升的分析框架。从组织结构、职能、文化、目标切入,探究高校基层教学组织在“动因-功能-回归”分析框架下质量提升的作用机理,明晰基层教学组织运行过程中出现的职能偏离、结构失衡、文化失范、目标错位等阻滞因素和运行镜像。以“四个回归”为核心目标,提出高校基层教学组织质量提升的回归路径:回归组织职能,实现教育资格化功能,潜心育人练就真学问真本领;优化组织结构,实现教育主体化功能,确保本科教育教学中心地位;重构组织文化,实现教育社会化功能,个人价值与社会价值凝聚统一;变革组织目标,实现教育使命化功能,教育初心与民族梦想融合提升。Organizational change and organizational optimization are effective ways to improve organizational quality.Relying on the dimension theory of educational motivation and educational function,this paper tries to investigate the improvement of organizational quality by putting it in an analytical framework possessing correlation and loop,and organically combining with the four returns of undergraduate education proposed by the Ministry of Education,which constructs an analytical framework for improving the quality of grass-root teaching organizations in colleges and universities,and defines the function mechanism of improving the quality of grass-root teaching organizations in colleges and universities by analyzing the operation mirror of the deviation of the current grass-root teaching organization from the dimension of cause-function.By analyzing the running mirror image of the current grass-root teaching organization deviating from the dimension of“motivation-function”,taking four returns as the core goal and the regression and reconstruction of organizational functions as the main line,this paper puts forward the regression path for improving the quality of grass-root teaching organizations in colleges and universities.
