基于高职“三对接”理念的专业实践教学改革探索——以西安航空职业技术学院航空材料精密成型专业为例

摘　　要：基于专业设置与产业需求、课程内容与职业标准、教学过程与生产过程的高职“三对接”理念,通过多年不断地实践探索,构建了“专业基础能力、专业核心能力、专业综合能力、专业拓展与创新能力”由易到难逐层递进的专业实践课程体系;选定了与国家职业标准要求相统一的实践教学内容;实施了“学生为主、教师为辅”的实践教学组织模式;总结了启发式教学法、小组教学法和以赛促学法等教学方法,收到了良好的教学效果,显著提升了学生的实践动手能力。Based on the“three docking”concept of specialty setting and industrial demand,curriculum content and professional standards,teaching process and production process,through years of continuous practice and exploration,the practice curriculum system about majors,which makes“professional basic ability,professional core ability,professional comprehensive ability,professional development and innovation ability”gradually developed from easy to difficult,has been constructed.The practice teaching content unified with national professional standards is selected.The practice teaching organization mode of“student-centered and teacher assisted”is implemented.The heuristic teaching method,group teaching method and competition promoting learning method are summarized,which have achieved good teaching effect and significantly improved students'practical ability.
