摘 要:目的探讨基于"互联网+"的混合式教学模式在《基础护理学》理论教学中的应用效果。方法整群抽样选取本校护理学系2017级护理专业(四年制)本科学生,采用自身对照的方法,于学年上学期(2018年9—12月)应用传统教学方法,学年下学期(2019年3—6月)采用"线上+线下"的混合式教学。两学期结束后,对比学生两次的理论测试成绩、自主学习能力及对教学效果的满意程度。结果实施混合式教学后学生的理论成绩有显著的提高(P<0.05),自主学习能力有所增强且对混合式教学的满意度显著高于对传统教学模式的评价(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学有助于提高自主学习能力,在教学中具有良好的应用成效。Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching mode based on"Internet+"in the theoretical teaching of"basic nursing".Methods The students majored in nursing of grade 2017(four-year system)in nursing department of our college were selected by cluster sampling method.Adopting the method of self-control,the traditional teaching method was applied in the first semester of the course(September2018-December 2018),and the hybrid teaching method of online and offline combination was applied in the second semester of the course(March 2019 to June 2019).At the end of the course,the theoretical examination results of students,autonomous learning ability and the evaluation of teaching effect are compared.Results After the implementation of the mixed teaching mode,the scores of theoretical examination were significantly improved(P<0.05),the autonomous learning ability was enhanced and the students’satisfaction with the mixed teaching was significantly higher than that with the traditional teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusions Hybrid teaching could effectively improve the autonomous learning ability of nursing students,and has a good application effect in teaching.
