摘  要:《材料力学》是土木工程等专业最为重要的核心课程之一,对培养应用型、创新性人才起着重要作用。该课程中公式多、知识点繁杂,应用型本科院校土木工程专业学生难以掌握。围绕《材料力学》中几个重要教学内容,通过在授课过程中采用案例教学法引入与知识点相关案例进行授课,提高了学生的自信心、主动性和积极性,并通过教学实践获得了验证。案例教学法丰富了知识点的课外延伸,加强了学生的综合能力培养和思维训练,提高了授课学生的适应性,推动了应用型人才的柔性化培养过程。Mechanics of Materials is one of the most important core courses in civil engineering and some other majors,playing an important role in cultivating applied and innovative talents.There are many formulas and complicated knowledge points in this course,which are difficult for students of civil engineering major in application-oriented universities.Focusing on several important teaching contents of the course,the paper studies the adoption of case method in the teaching process to introduce relevant knowledge points,improve students'confidence,initiative and motivation.Case method enriches the course knowledge,strengthens the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and the training of their thinking,improves the students'adaptability,and promotes the flexibility of the training process of applied talents.
