摘　　要：新时期女校的出现,是一种传承,也是一种发展,具有其现实意义和价值,使教育多了一种办学模式,有利于教育改革的探索。新时代的女校,需要发掘和适应女性特点和特长,因材施教,施以性别关怀。镇江崇实女子中学作为一所女校,着力关注女校的心灵培育和精神成长,努力构建促进女生素质发展的博雅教育模式,培养高素质的现代女性,努力以更广阔的视野、更深入的探索、更高远的目标,为社会的文明进步、平等和谐发挥更大的作用。The emergence of girls'schools in the new era is a kind of inheritance and development.It has its practical significance and value.It adds a school model to education,which is conducive to the exploration of education reform.Girls'schools in the new era need to discover and adapt to the characteristics and strengths of women,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and give gender care.As a girls'school,Zhenjiang Chongshi Girls'High School focuses on the spiritual cultivation and spiritual growth of girls'schools,and strives to build the liberal arts education model to promote the quality development of girls so as to cultivate high-quality modern women,and strives to play a greater role in social civilization,progress,equality and harmony with a broader vision,deeper exploration,and higher goals.
