1+X证书制度下高职院校人才培养工作探析

摘　　要：1+X证书制度,是高等职业教育改革和发展的创新项目,其对高职院校人才培养工作产生了深远的影响。1+X证书制度能够促进高职人才培养模式改革和创新。然而,高职院校实施1+X证书所需要的校企一体化办学、校内实训教学、专业教学标准与职业技能等级标准衔接,教师、教法、教材以及其他配套条件所面临的困境,影响和制约了1+X证书制度育人效能。高职院校应通过深化校企协同育人、完善校内实训条件、以产教融合促进专业教学标准与职业技能等级标准衔接以及改革和创新"三教"等策略,确保1+X证书制度在人才培养中的有效实施。The"1+X"certificate system is an innovative project in the reform and development of higher vocational education,which has a profound impact on the personnel training in higher vocational colleges.1+X certificate system could promote the reform and innovation of training mode in higher vocational colleges.Nevertheless,education efficiency of 1+X certificate system is affected and restricted by college-enterprise cooperation,intramural practice teaching,connection of professional teaching and professional skill level standard,teachers,teaching methods and teaching material and other supporting conditions.Higher vocational colleges should deepen school enterprise cooperative education,improve the campus training guarantee conditions,promote the connection of professional teaching standard and professional skill level standard based on integration of production and education,and take reform on teachers,teaching methods and materials to ensure the effective implementation of 1+X certificate system in talents cultivation.
