摘 要:目的探讨PDCA联合LBL教学法在康复治疗技术专科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015级和2016级的19名康复治疗技术专科学生为研究对象,记录每位学生的基本信息,如性别、年龄等,在教学结束后进行理论及实践考核,并进行教学满意度的调查,将其考试得分及问卷调查情况录入计算机,比较2种教学模式。结果2016级的理论笔试及技能考核评分与2015级相比均有显著性差异,对教学满意度得分增加,差异具有统计学意义。结论PDCA联合LBL教学法可有效提高康复治疗技术专科临床教学效果,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of PDCA combined with LBL teaching method in rehabilitation technology practice teaching.Methods 19 interns in grades 2015 and 2016 of junior colleges were selected as the research subjects.The basic information of each student such as gender and age was collected at the beginning of the study.At the end of the teaching,theoretical and practical examinations were carried out,while and the teaching satisfaction was investigated.The scores of the examination and the questionnaire survey were recorded into the computer,comparing the two teaching models.Results There were significant differences in the scores of theoretical written test and skill assessment between 2016 and 2015,and the scores of teaching satisfaction increased with statistical significance.Conclusion PDCA combined with LBL teaching method can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of rehabilitation technology specialty,which is worth popularizing and applying.
