摘 要:研究了酸性蛋白酶在玉米燃料乙醇浓醪发酵中的应用,优化玉米浓醪发酵工艺。实验结果表明,最合适的酸性蛋白酶添加量为0.09 kg/t干物,w(糖化醪干物)=33%,糖化醪初始pH值(自然)无需调整。此时,发酵成熟醪中φ(乙醇)可达14.6%,发酵周期缩短24 h,产能大幅提高,经济效益显著。为乙醇浓醪发酵的中试放大及工业化实验打下了基础。The application of acid protease in high-concentration mash fermentation of corn fuel ethanol was investigated in this paper,the process of high-gravity fermentation of corn ethanol was optimized.The results showed that the optimum adding level of acid protease was 0.09 kg per ton dry matter,the dry matter concentration of corn saccharification mashes was 33%,and the initial pH value of the corn saccharification mashes didn’t need to be adjusted.Under the above conditions,the ethanol concentration could reach 14.6%vol in fermentation mash,the fermentation period shortened by 24 h,the production capacity was improved significantly,the economic benefit was remarkable.This study has laid foundation for subsequent pilot scale tests and industrial tests.
