摘　　要：新时代新起点,促进成人继续教育内涵式发展已刻不容缓,成人继续教育质量提升成为重要议题。本文从成人继续教育发展的社会环境和内在需求出发,明确提出在线学习是成人继续教育内涵式发展的必然选择;同时分析了成人继续教育在线教学暴露出的现实问题,指出优质课程(“优课”)建设是提升成人继续教育在线学习质量的重要抓手,结合疫情期间其他教育应用提出了优质在线课程建设的基本途径:课程设计是基础,资源建设是核心,团队组建是关键,课程评价是保障。In the new era, it is urgent to promote the intensive development of adult continuing education, and the improvement of the adult continuing education quality has become an important issue. Base on the social environment and internal needs of adult continuing education development, this article clearly proposes that online learning is an inevitable choice for the intensive development of adult continuing education.At the same time, it analyzes the practical problems exposed by the online teaching of adult continuing education and points out that the construction of high-quality courses is an important starting point for improving the quality of online learning in adult continuing education.Combined with other education applications during the epidemic, the basic way to build high-quality online courses is proposed: curriculum design is the foundation, resources construction is the core, the team is the key to curriculum evaluation is the guarantee.
