摘 要:多年改革实践的成果——“集中面授+网络助学”混合教学模式,在一定程度上缓解了继续教育工学矛盾,但是依然存在着诸多问题。以翻转课堂理念为基础,从教学流程、学习资源、师资队伍、学习支持服务、教学平台等方面探讨了继续教育混合教学模式的优化思路,即教学流程要实现线上线下教学深度融合、资源建设要实现教学内容与学习活动的一体化设计、师资建设要实现教师角色转换与职能重构、学习支持服务要坚持学术性支持与管理性支持并重、教学平台建设应满足教师和学生及管理的三方需求。After years of networking reform and practice,continuing education has gradually formed the blended learning model of“centralized face-to-face teaching+online learning aid”,which alleviates the contradiction between work and study to some extent,but there are still many problems.Flipped classroom realizes reverse order innovation of teaching process and provides new ideas for continuing education blended teaching reform.Based on the concept of flipped classroom,this study discussed the reform ideas of continuing education blended teaching model from the aspects of teaching process,learning resources,teaching staff,learning support services and learning platform,that is,teaching process should realize the deep integration of online and face-to-face teaching;resource design should realize the integration of teaching content and learning activities;teaching staff construction should realize teachers’the role transformation and function reconstruction;learning support service should attach equal importance to academic support and management support;learning platform construction should meet the needs of teachers,students and management.
