摘　　要：按照“行业企业调研——岗位分析——课程体系设计——‘教学做一体化’课程实施”四个环节开发了机械设计与制造专业课程体系,兼顾了社会需要和个性发展,适应当前职业教育师资主要来自普通教育的现状。According to the four links of"industry enterprise investigation-post analysis-curriculum system design-curriculum implementation of'Learning,Doing,Teaching Mode'",the curriculum system of mechanical design and manufacturing specialty has been developed,which takes into account the social needs and individual development,and adapts to the current situation that the teachers of vocational education mainly come from general education.
