摘 要:地方高校是促进我国继续教育事业发展的骨干力量。推动地方高校继续教育转型发展是对接国家发展战略的客观需要,是拓展高校服务内涵的重要途径,也是破解发展困局的内在诉求。检视整体现状,还存在定位偏差、体制钝化、质量粗放、资源短缺等现实困境。推进转型发展,要基于"变革、增效、提质、协同"四个关键词,创新发展理念,凝聚转型新共识;优化体制机制,释放转型新动能;提升质量内涵,筑牢转型新底线;推进校地融合,打造转型新联盟。Local colleges and universities serve as the backbone of the development of continuing education in China. Its development in line with the need of national development strategy is not only viable to expand the connotation of colleges and universities’ services but also meets the inherent demand for cracking the current development dilemma, such as positioning bias, institutional dullness, extensive quality, and resource shortages. To promote the transformation and development of continuing education, it is necessary to innovate development concepts and consolidate new consensus on transformation based on the four key words of "change, efficiency, quality improvement, and synergy";optimize system and mechanism to release new kinetic energy for transformation;enhance quality connotation and build a new bottom line for transformation;promote regional integration and establish a new alliance for transformation.
