摘 要:长期以来,文化传统的裹挟和社会大众的集体无意识、现代化的冲击与文化堕距等共同构成了我国工匠精神培育中的掣肘因素,这也意味着学校教育无法独立承担培育工匠精神的重任。工匠精神作为一个多因素交织的复杂系统,内在地决定了多主体的协同培育。其中,社会既发挥着不可替代的作用,又有不可推卸的责任。但在当前培育工匠精神的实践中,社会却未能有效营造尊重工匠的文化氛围、未能有效培育优质消费市场、未能有效推进社会诚信建设,进而影响了工匠精神的培育和发展。针对上述问题,“完善工匠文化体系建设,提升文化引领”“培育优质消费市场,强化市场驱动”“推进社会诚信建设,深化环境浸润”应成为突围困局的必然选择。For a long time,the coercion of cultural traditions and the collective unconsciousness of the society,the impact of modernization and the cultural lag have formed obstacles in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.It also means that school education cannot independently undertake the responsibility of cultivating the spirit of craftsman.The spirit of craftsman,as a complex system interwoven with many factors,requires the joint participation and collaborative cultivation of multiple subjects,and the society has both irreplaceable role and unshirkable responsibility.It has failed to effectively create a culture of respect for artisans,to cultivate high-quality consumer markets,and to promote social credibility,which not only leads to an imbalance in the cultivation of craftsmanship,but also the growth environment of craftsman spirit is contaminated.Therefore,improve the construction of the artisan cultural system and enhance cultural guidance;cultivate a highquality consumer market and strengthen market driven;promote social integrity construction and deepen environmental infiltration should become inevitable choice to break out of the dilemma.
